    DesignShop PRO is an exclusive trade program for residential professionals. It’s designed to help pros save time, save money and delight clients by offering access to over 30,000+ materials across dozens of categories, 20% off samples, free ground shipping on orders $25+, and exclusive trade discounts with participating brands.

    The program is free for vetted and approved Trade Pros.

    There is no limit to the number of SKUs Trade Pros can order, however there is a limit to the number of units per SKU (limit varies by category).

    The approval process is fast and simple. Applicants need to provide their full name, a professional email and associated website url. Each submission is reviewed to verify Trade Pro status.

    Participating brands offer DesignShop Trade Pros access to exclusive discounts on end product purchases. These discounts start at 10% and may go up dependent upon the brand, the project size, and other factors. All discounts are subject to (i) the brand participating in DesignShop PRO at the time the end product order is placed and (ii) any other brand-specific trade discount requirements.     Orders can be shipped either FedEx Ground or FedEx Overnight. We offer free ground shipping on all orders $25 or over. For orders under $25, the ground shipping fee is $4.95.

    Orders placed Monday - Friday before 5pm ET shipped via FedEx Ground will leave the warehouse the same day and arrive within 3-5 business days.

    The shipping fee on all orders for FedEx Overnight is $10.95. Orders shipped via FedEx Overnight will be shipped on the following timeline:

    • Orders placed Monday - Thursday before midnight ET are delivered next day
    • Orders placed on Friday before midnight ET will be delivered on Monday or can be delivered on Saturday for an additional $8.95 for a total shipping fee of $19.90.
    • Orders placed on Saturday before 8:00pm ET are delivered on Monday. Saturday orders placed after 8:00pm ET are delivered on Tuesday
    • Orders placed on Sunday are delivered on Tuesday
